Registration for Swiss Ski School Villars services implies acceptance of these conditions.
All Swiss Ski School Villars instructors have undergone training validated by the canton of Vaud and hold a licence to teach skiing or other related disciplines.
Swiss Ski School Villars prices are displayed in our offices, on our website, on booking confirmations and on various ski school communication documents.
Prices include lessons by Swiss Ski School Villars instructors and exclude all other services (insurance, lift passes, equipment, transport, and meals unless otherwise mentioned).
Lessons are paid upon booking.
The customer has the option of paying by the following means:
Reservations can be cancelled or changed free of charge up to 8 days before the start of the lesson.
For any changes or cancellations during the week prior to the lesson, but no later than 48 hours before the lesson, the customer must pay an administration fee of CHF 30.
For any modification or cancellation within 48 hours of the course, the customer must pay 100% of the amount due.
We recommend that you take out “Cours Protect” cancellation insurance, available when you purchase your ski lessons (details below).
In the event of the customer’s absence at the start of the course and/or interruption during the course, the price of the course will not be reimbursed.
Lessons take place in all weathers. Weather conditions are not a reason for lesson cancellation or postponement.
Pre-OJ Ski / Snowboard
If you have to cancel the seasonal course Pre-OJ (illness, accident, moving house, etc.), the Swiss Ski School will refund the difference between the price paid and the number of sessions attended x CHF 30.00.
Mini Champions Ski / Snowboard
If you have to cancel the seasonal course Mini Champions (illness, accident, moving house, etc.), Swiss Ski School will reimburse the difference between the price paid and the number of sessions attended x CHF 60.00.
Freestyle Ski Team
If you have to cancel the seasonal course Freestyle Ski Team (illness, accident, moving house, etc.), Swiss Ski School will reimburse the difference between the price paid and the number of sessions attended x CHF 60.00.
Freeride World Tour
If you have to cancel the seasonal Freeride World Tour (illness, accident, moving house…) Swiss Ski School will reimburse the difference between the price paid and the number of sessions attended x CHF 75.00.
Petites Fusées
The child signs up for the entire season. No refund will be made if the child
is absent or leaves the course during the season.
Rider Sisters Ski
You sign up for the entire season. No refunds will be made if you are absent or leave the course during the season.
Heliski
Delays, cancellations, due to the customer :
If departure is delayed due to the customer’s fault, Air-Glaciers may cancel the flight after an appropriate waiting time. In this case, the agreed transport price remains payable.
In the event of cancellation, the customer pays :
– 15 to 2 days before flight time: 50% of total price
– 24 hours (including “no show”) before flight time: 100% of price
Tandem skiing
Go tandem’s cancellation policy applies here.
Paragliding
Can be cancelled 48 hours before flight. Under 48 hours, the price of the flight is due.
“Cours Protect” is an insurance policy offered to customers to cover lessons purchased from Swiss Ski School Villars in the event of accident, illness or when lessons are not held due to a complete closure of the ski area.
Insurer
The insurer is Swiss Ski School Villars, which offers insurance services under the “Cours Protect” brand.
Policyholder
The policyholder is a person who has booked or purchased lessons from Swiss Ski School Villars and has taken out “Cours Protect” insurance.
Insured benefits
“Cours Protect” only insures courses booked or purchased from Swiss Ski School Villars.
Bonus amount
CHF 5 per day per person.
Insurance validity
The insurance is valid as soon as it is purchased, and more specifically during the period of the course days purchased at Swiss Ski School Villars.
Only the insured person’s own courses are covered by “Cours Protect”.
Purpose of the contract
The insurer guarantees the reimbursement or replacement of missed lessons in accordance with the insurance conditions below.

Refund
Refunds or course replacements must be made directly to the Swiss Ski School Villars main office during the insured person’s stay in Villars-sur-Ollon. Only cases of illness or accident that do not allow the insured person or his/her next of kin to travel can be settled later by post or e-mail.
Legal basis
This contract is subject to Swiss law. In addition, the provisions of the Swiss Federal Law on Insurance Contracts (VVG) and the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO) apply.
Coverage exclusions
All situations other than those mentioned in the insurance conditions.
State of intoxication, intentional acts and dols, conscious disregard of official prohibitions.
Swiss Ski School Villars cannot be held responsible for any injury sustained during the course. Customers are advised to take out accident insurance with their personal insurer.
The customer gives Swiss Ski School Villars permission to publish, exhibit or distribute the photographs and videos taken during the course. This authorization is valid for any use (publications, website…) If the customer does not wish to give his authorization, please inform us.
As part of the services it offers, Swiss Ski School Villars collects your personal data. The school uses them to manage the contractual relationship (invoicing, payment, reservation management, etc.), to carry out marketing operations and to comply with its legal obligations.
